  • 300g -lean minced beef
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 2 egg - beaten
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp -chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp -pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp -dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp -Cumins powder
  • 2- limes, juice
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp -vinegar
  • 4-5- cloves garlic - crushed
  • 1/2 cup- chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp-butter/ ghee oil spray can

How to Make Seekh Kebab with parsley

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine all the ingredients, except the oil, egg and bread crumbs. Mix well and leave to marinade.
  • Spray oil onto your grilling rack (place a foiled tray below for fat dripping).
  • Add the egg and crumbs into the meat and mix unevenly.
  • Shape into firm oblong kebabs and skewer them.
  • Place skewers on the grill rack and place this in the centre of the oven. Grill for 15 mins.
  • Squeeze more lime if you like and broil at 300 degrees F on the top shelf for 5 mins.
  • Serve with a sauce of your choice.
