  • 1 pack - semiya
  • 3 - potatoes
  • 3 to 4 - green chillies
  • 3 to 4 tsp - corn flour
  • salt

How to Make Semiya Pakodi

  • Boil 1/2 litre of water and add a pack of vermicelli in it.
  • Add a pinch of salt and 2 drops of oil so that vermicelli doesn't stick.
  • Bring it to a boil and strain the water.
  • Wash vermicelli with running cold water.
  • Now peel potatoes and chop them into fine pieces. Cut green chillies into small pieces.
  • Mix them with vermicelli along with flour. Add salt to taste.
  • Heat oil in kadai and deep fry spoonful of the mixture just like pakodis.
