  • 20 - Boneless chicken strips
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup - corn flour
  • 1/4 cup - Sesame seeds

How to Make Sesame Crusted Chicken Strips

  • Add the pepper powder and salt to the boneless chicken strips and keep it aside.
  • Make a white sauce with corn flour and water.
  • Dip the chicken strips to the white sauce and roll them evenly over the sesame seeds.
  • Keep this sesame crusted chicken strips in fridge for few minutes.
  • Heat the oil for shallow frying, drop gently the chicken strips and fry until they turn golden brown, drain the excess of oil with a paper towel.
  • Serve hot.
