Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - coriander leaves
  • 1/4 bunch - mint leaves
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - lightly roasted sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1/4 inch piece - ginger
  • 1 - small onion chopped
  • 1 tsp - tamarind soaked in hot water
  • Fresh lime juice - to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Sesame Green Chutney

  • Grind very fine in a blender.
  • Add a little water and lime juice during the grinding process.
  • Great for sandwiches and as accompaniment for samosas and batata vadas.
