Ingredients

  • 4 slices - bread
  • 1 - small carrot
  • 1 - small onion
  • 1 - small capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 4 - boiled potatoes
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

How to Make Sesame stick

  • Mash boiled potatoes.
  • Add all grated and chopped vegetables, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt and chilli powder to the mash. Mix it well.
  • Take a slice of bread and apply the paste on one side.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Shallow fry bread slice in butter or oil till it turns light brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
