  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Gram flour - 1 cup
  • Ghee - 1 cup
  • Grated coconut - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3 cups

How to Make Seven Cup Sweet

  • Mix all the ingredients evenly in a kadai. Place it over the fire.
  • When the mixture becomes frothy remove it from fire.
  • Pour over a greased tray. Pat it well for even distribution.
  • Cut into pieces when it is still warm.
  • To make the sweet tasty use pure ghee.
  • Add 2 drops of vennila and rose essence for variation.
