Ingredients

  • 200 gms - mushrooms
  • 100 gms - paneer
  • 5 gms - ginger, cut finely into pieces
  • 5 gms - garlic, cut finely into pieces
  • 5 gms - green chilli, cut finely into pieces
  • 5 gms - fresh coriander leaves
  • 10 gms - mixed dry fruits
  • 5 gms - pomegranate seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • To marinate:
  • 50 gms - yoghurt, beaten
  • 10 gms - red chilli powder
  • 5 gms - garam masala powder
  • 5 gms - kasuri methi
  • 10 gms - dhania phudina paste
  • 10 gms - ginger garlic paste
  • 5 gms - mustard oil.

How to Make Shabnam ke Moti

  • Clean the mushrooms and keep aside.
  • Mash the paneer and add ginger, garlic, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, dry fruits and salt and mix well.
  • Now mix all the ingredients for the marinate and cover over the mushrooms
  • Stuff the paneer mixture into the mushroom and also add some pomegranate seeds.
  • Now take the mushrooms and put in the seekh sticks and cook in the tandoor for 10 mins.
  • Serve with green chutney.
