Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken whole - 4 pieces
  • 1 - Lemon
  • Salt according to taste
  • 4 tbsp - Chilli powder

How to Make Shikari-Murgi

  • Rub the chicken pieces with lemon juice, salt and chilli powder. Marinate for half an hour.
  • Put ghee in a pan and shallow fry the chicken well.
  • Then put half cup of water in it and cover the lid.
  • Open it, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti.
