Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs - boiled shrimps
  • 5-6 - green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumins powder
  • 3-4 - garlic flakes
  • 5-6 - fresh coriander sticks
  • Sandwich bread, sliced
  • 3-4 - eggs
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to Make Shrimp and Egg Sandwich

  • Grind boiled shrimp, green chillies, cumin powder, garlic flakes, fresh coriander, and salt without water. Apply the paste on the bread slices.
  • Cut those bread sandwiches into half and dip those in mixture of egg, turmeric powder, and salt.
  • Now shallow fry those in oil.
  • Serve the sandwiches with salad.
