Ingredients

  • 100 gms. boiled rice
  • 75 gms. shrimps
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. chilli paste
  • 1 egg
  • 50 gms. butter
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Shrimp Fried Rice

  • Heat the pan and melt the butter, add the shrimps and stir fry until nearly cooked through (until they have just turned white).
  • Beat the egg and add it to the pan. Cut the egg into thin strips as it cooks.
  • When cooked, add the onion, tomato, seasoning, and the rice.
  • Mix well and heat through.Serve hot.
