Ingredients

  • 1 kg - shrimp (uncooked)
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 onions - sliced
  • 2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1 pinch - turmeric powder
  • 2 - elaichi
  • 2 - cardamoms
  • 2 - cinnamon
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • 1 pinch - sugar
  • salt to taste

How to Make Shrimp Fry

  • Light fry the shrimp.
  • In a separate pan, heat oil. Add elaichi and cardamom and cinnamon.
  • The add chillies and onion.
  • When the onion turns brown, add ginger paste and bay leaves.
  • Now add prawns and salt, and saute till done.
