Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - shrimp
  • 2 - onions (big)
  • 2 - potato
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - ginger, garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - aniseed
  • Coriander and curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder

How to Make Shrimp Potato Curry

  • Boil the potatoes with turmeric powder.
  • Peel the shell of the shrimps.
  • Cut onion and tomato into very small pieces
  • In a pan heat the oil, and add the onion and curry leaves, saute till onion becomes brown.
  • Then add the tomatoes and fry it well.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and powdered aniseed, chilli powder, and salt.
  • Add the boiled potatoes and shrimp.
  • Mix it, keeping it on a high flame and remove from heat.
  • Serve garnished with coriander.
