Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cream cheese
  • 1 cup - tomato puree
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • 1/2 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 - spring onion, chopped finely
  • 1/2 tsp - onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 1 cup - cooked shrimps, chopped
  • 1 - envelop gelatine
  • 1 - parsley stalk, chopped finely

How to Make Shrimp Spread

  • Mix the tomato puree and cream cheese.
  • Heat the mixture on low flame till it mixes well.
  • Remove it from the fire. Mix gelatine with water and add it to the tomato puree and cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  • Add rest of the ingredients to the mixture.
  • Put it in a bowl. Let it set for 3-4 hours.
  • Spread on toasted breads and serve.
