Ingredients

  • 400 gms - premium shrimps
  • 1 whole green pepper (capsicum)
  • 1 whole red pepper (capsicum)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 50 gms - mushrooms
  • 100 gms - beansprouts
  • 1.5 cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml - olive oil
  • 30 ml - soya sauce

How to Make Shrimp Stir Fry

  • Defrost the shrimps and marinate in a little lemon juice and salt for 15 mins.
  • Chop the onions and dice the spring onions, mushrooms and garlic.
  • Cut the green and red peppers and cucumber into strips.
  • Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan, add onions and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the cucumber, mushrooms, green and red peppers, beansprouts and stir for 1 minute.
  • Add the soya sauce and spring onions.
  • Finally add the shrimps and continually stir for 2-3 mins.
  • Serve with boiled rice or noodles.
