  • 1 cup - sugar
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 4 tbsps - ghee
  • 6 - crushed cardamoms

How to Make Simple Besan Laddu

  • Heat ghee and gradually add the flour.
  • Fry till brown.
  • Remove from heat and add the cardamom, sugar and nuts. Mix well.
  • Allow to cool and form into balls, with the help of a little ghee if necessary.
