Ingredients

  • 4 - bread slices
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - capsicum
  • 1 small - tomato, de-seeded
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp - dried oregano
  • Mozzarella cheese - grated
  • 1/2 cup - Pasta sauce/Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - olive oil

How to Make Simple Bread Pizza

  • Finely chop the vegetables and mix them together with salt, pepper and oregano.
  • Apply pasta sauce or tomato sauce on each bread slice.
  • Top with veggies and grated cheese.
  • Grease a pan and place the bread slices on it carefully.
  • Cover and cook on low heat till cheese melts.
