Ingredients

  • 1 - broccoli
  • 2 - onions
  • 1 tsp - Cumins
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Simple broccoli fry

  • Heat oil in a thick bottomed kadai.
  • Splutter Cumins and add onions. Saute till onions turn pink in colour.
  • Add turmeric and stir for a min.
  • Add broccoli and mix well.
  • Reduce the flame and cover the kadai and cook for 10 mins.
  • Keep stirring every 4 mins.
  • When done, add salt and chilli powder and stir well.
  • Cook for 3 to 4 mins more.
  • Remove and serve hot.
