  • 2 cups - finely sliced, capsicum
  • 1 cup - finely sliced, onion
  • 1 cup - finely chopped, tomato
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped, garlic
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

How to Make Simple Capsicum Masala

  • Heat oil in a kadai and saute the onions and garlic.
  • Add the tomato and capsicum.
  • Now add a little water and the chilli powder and cook for 10 mins
  • Serve hot with chapathis and dosas.
