  • Chicken - 1 kg
  • Red chilli - 50 g
  • salt to taste
  • Fat - 100 g
  • Whole spices - 50 g
  • Ginger garlic - 2 tbsp
  • Orange red colour - 1 pinch
  • Saffron - 1 pinch
  • Curd - 1/2 cup

How to Make Simple Chicken

  • Fry the chicken till brown in the fat.
  • Add spices along with ginger garlic paste.
  • Add curd with the colour and saffron, heat through and remove from fire.
