  • Prawns - 1 kg
  • Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 3 tsp
  • Onions - 5
  • Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves - few sprigs.

How to Make Simple Garlic Prawns

  • Take a wide and deep non-stick pan, fry the onions till golden brown.
  • Add turmeric powder, prawns and mix well.
  • Stir for 5 mins and then add all the other ingredients except garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander.
  • Mix garlic paste and chilli powder together in a bowl and keep it aside.
  • When the prawns are well cooked, add the garlic and chilli powder paste and coriander.
  • Stir it well and keep it on the flame for a while. Serve.
