Ingredients

  • 4 cups - Wheat flour
  • 3-4 tbsp - Oil
  • Water for mixing
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 Medium cups - grated cauliflower
  • Green chillies - 1 or 2 (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp - Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Oregano (Ajwain)
  • 1 tbsp - Red chilli powder
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Simple Gobi Paratha

  • Mix wheat flour with a little extra salt, oil and water. Knead well.
  • Make a dough and keep aside.
  • Mix grated cauliflower with green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, ajwain and chilli powder as a filling in paratha.
  • Make medium size chapatti balls from the dough and stuff with filling. Roll out in to parathas.
  • Fry the parathas on both the sides till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with curd, green chutney or ketchup.
