Ingredients

  • 100 g - amla
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • 3 to 4 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 50 g - coriander leaves
  • Salt

How to Make Simple Gooseberry Chutney

  • Cut amla into small pieces. Wash coriander leaves and cut it into small pieces.
  • Grind amla, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and vinegar.
  • Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • Eat it with rice and dal.
