  • 2 packets - Noodles
  • 500 g - Boneless chicken
  • 4 -Onions- grated
  • 9-10 tsp - Dark soya sauce
  • 7-8 tsp - Chilli sauce
  • 4 tsp - Corn flour
  • 4 - Tomatoes, grated
  • 1 - Capsicum, grated
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Simple Gravy chicken chowmein

  • Cook noodles with some salt in sufficient water.
  • Drain the water and keep the noodles aside.
  • Chop chicken into small pieces and boil in water for 10 minutes till they soften.
  • Drain water and keep the chicken aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions, tomatoes and capsicum.
  • Add the garlic paste.
  • Saute until raw smell goes and cook until the vegetables soften.
  • Add the chilli sauce, tomato sauce, ajinomoto (monosodium glucamate ) to it.
  • Now add the dark soya sauce to the mixture.
  • Now prepare a mixture of corn flour and water and add to the mixture.
  • Cook for 5 minutes until the gravy thickens
