Ingredients

  • 250 g - karela
  • 50 g - ginger
  • 2 - lemon
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 2-3 tsp - pickle masala
  • salt

How to Make Simple karela pickle

  • Cut karela and ginger into small pieces.
  • Add salt and pickle powder. Mix them well.
  • Add lemon juice (2 lemons). Mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Allow the mustard seeds to splutter and then add to the above mixture. Cook till done.
