  • 150 gms - Flour, Maida - (Refined) or Corn flour
  • 115 gms - Butter cream
  • 85 gms - Sugar
  • 1 - Eggs
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 55 gms - Cornflakes, crushed.

How to Make Simple Melting Moments

  • Sieve the flour in a bowl.
  • Then cream the butter and sugar, until its fluffy.
  • Now add the egg, a little lime juice and the essence, and mix well.
  • Then add the flour to it and knead it into a dough.
  • Divide the dough into 15 portions, and shape them into circles.
  • Now roll them in the crushed cornflakes.
  • Arrange in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 325 F for 30 minutes.
