  • 4 medium sized pomfrets
  • 2.5 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2.5 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1.5 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 4 to 5 tbsp - semolina (rawa)
  • sufficient oil for shallow frying
  • salt to taste

How to Make Simple n Easy Fried Fish

  • Clean, wash and cut each pomfret into 3 medium sized pieces.
  • Evenly rub salt and the powdered masalas on the fish pieces.
  • Put aside for about 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Coat each fish piece in semolina and shallow fry on a medium flame till done and crisp.
  • Serve hot with potato chips.
