Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken cut into small pieces
  • 4 - onions
  • 4 - tomatoes
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 2 tsp - chopped, garlic
  • 1 tsp - mint

How to Make Simple n Plain Chicken Soup

  • Add all the above ingredients in a saucepan with water and boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer on low flame till the chicken is soft and tender and the soup thickens.
  • Serve with steamed rice or roti.
