  • 115 g (1/2 cup) - warm milk (to approx. 60 C).
  • 400 g - flour.
  • 1.5 tsp - dry yeast.
  • 1 tsp - sugar.
  • 2 tbsp - sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp - salt.
  • 2 - large eggs.
  • 2 tbsp - oil.
  • 1/2 cup -butter.
  • A few tsp- icing sugar.

How to Make Simple n Plain Doughnuts

  • Stir milk, yeast and 1 tsp. of sugar and let batter rise for 5 mins. Put the flour, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl, and add the yeast mix, eggs and oil. Stir all of it thoroughly. Cover the batter and let it rise for 30 mins.
  • Preheat the oven for 5 mins.
  • Grease the doughnut moulds with oil.
  • Pour the batter into the moulds bake till the doughnuts are done.
  • Brush the doughnuts with melted butter and sprinkle icing sugar.
