  • 3 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 1 - onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • salt - to taste
  • Coriander leaves

How to Make Simple Pasta And Garlic

  • Cook pasta according to box directions.
  • Heat oil, add cumin. Then add the green chillies and onions.
  • Stir till cooked.
  • Add the garlic and stir for 1 min.
  • Add the pasta, salt and pepper, mix well and let it heat through.
  • Serve sprinkled with the coriander and red pepper flakes, if you like it spicier.
