Ingredients

  • 500 g - pomfret fish (cleaned, washed, boiled, de-boned and mashed)
  • 500 g - potatoes (boiled, peeled and mashed)
  • 1/2 tbsp - butter
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 4 to 5 or more green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste

How to Make Sizzling Fish Pakoras

  • In a bowl mix the fish and potatoes together.
  • Add salt, green chillies, coriander leaves egg, butter and mix well.
  • Shape into small balls and deep fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
