Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Boneless chicken
  • 3/4 tsp - Oil
  • For the paste:
  • 3/4 cup - Grated coconut
  • 2 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 4 to 5 - Red chillies
  • 6 - Garlic flakes
  • 3 tsp - pepper powder (to suit your taste)
  • Few karipatha leaves

How to Make Sizzling pepper Chicken

  • Make a paste of all the above said ingredients except the chicken and oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the paste to it and add salt to taste.
  • Mix it well, add the chicken pieces and one cup water. Keep the pan covered at medium heat till the chicken is cooked.
  • Serve hot with rice.
