Ingredients

  • 1 tsp- Oil
  • 1 tsp- Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp - Urad dal
  • 1/4 tsp - Hing
  • 1 bunch - Spinach
  • 2 cups- Curd
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Sizzling Spinach Pachadi

  • Chop the spinach finely and boil it in water until tender.
  • Drain the water and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in kadai and splutter the mustard seeds and saute the urad dal.
  • Now add the boiled spinach and saute for 1 minute.
  • Pour this in a bowl and add the curd, salt and hing to it. Mix well.
  • Let it stand for 5 mins.
  • Serve cold.
