Ingredients

  • 2-3 - green capsicum or bell pepper
  • 2-3 - medium sized tomatoes.
  • 2 - medium sized onions
  • 3-4 flakes - garlic
  • 4 - green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - chutney dal or fried gram
  • 1 inch length cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 - cloves
  • 1 tbsp - saunf or aniseeds
  • 1 tbsp - dhaniya/coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp - coconut

How to Make Sizzling Stuffed Capsicum

  • Grind everything except capsicum.
  • First fry finely cut onions and then add masala.
  • Fry for sometime. Finally, add cut capsicums and fry for some more time.
  • You must fry the capsicums first separately and then add to the masala.
  • Serve hot with rice.
