  • 2 cups - finely sliced snake gourd
  • 1 cup - finely sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup - finely sliced coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - finely sliced green chilli
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to Make Snake Gourd Puttu

  • Heat oil in a kadai and saute onions.
  • Add the green chilli, snake gourd (pudalangaai) and fry them for 2-3 mins.
  • Add the required salt.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice.
