Ingredients

  • Coconut - 1
  • Kokam - 7 -8
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tsp chopped
  • salt to taste

How to Make Sol Kadhi

  • Soak kokum in 3 tbsp of warm water. Grind kokum, coconut, garlic and green chilli, by gradually adding water.
  • Extract coconut milk and keep aside.
  • Add coconut milk to the kokum water.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • Refrigerate.
