  • 1tsp - mustard
  • Curry leaves - a few
  • Salt to taste

How to Make South Indian Coconut Rice

  • Heat oil in a kadai and splutter the mustard.
  • Now add the curry leaves and the coconut.
  • Saute until it the turns golden brown for 5-10 mins.
  • Remove from heat and add the cooked rice and mix well.
