  • 250 g - soaked soya beans
  • 100 g - sugar
  • 1/4 litre - milk
  • 100 g - mawa
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1 cup - ghee

How to Make Soya bean halwa

  • Soak the soya beans overnight and grind them in a mixer.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and fry the soya bean mix for a few minutes.
  • Add milk and let it cook.
  • As the mixture starts getting dry, add mawa and sugar.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Pour out on to a tray, let it cool, and serve.
