Ingredients

  • 15 - soya bean nuggets
  • 400 g - frozen mixed vegetable pack
  • 1 - medium onion
  • 4 - cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 4 tbsp - tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp - dhania powder
  • 1/4 tsp - haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil

How to Make Soya bean Nuggets Curry

  • Soak soya bean nuggets in hot water for 10 minutes till soft. Squeeze out all the water from the nuggets.
  • Place mixed vegetable in microwave on high for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil, fry finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  • Add dhania powder, haldi powder, garam masala, salt and then add tomato puree. Stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add soya bean nuggets and mixed vegetables. Stir and keep it covered on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • To serve, garnish with 1 tbsp curd and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Goes well with parantha and phulka.
