Ingredients

  • 100 g - soya chunks
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 - raw egg
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 100 g - coriander leaves

How to Make Soya chunks

  • Boil the soya chunks.
  • When it swells up, squeeze out the water.
  • Apply all the spices and salt to the soya.
  • Break the raw egg in a bowl.
  • Dip the chunks in raw egg and roll in corn flour.
  • Deep-fry it and decorate with coriander leaves.
