Ingredients

  • Soya noodles - 200 gms
  • Oil- 3-4 tsp
  • Curry powder - 1 tsp
  • Buttom mushrooms, cut into circles - 200 gms
  • Broccoli, cut into small pieces - 200 gms
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Soya noodles with mushroom

  • Boil the soya noodles in salted water till tender.
  • Drain out all the excess water.
  • Heat the oil on the tawa and fry the mushrooms and broccoli on medium heat, adding salt to taste.
  • Cook till slightly tender crunchy.
  • Mix in noodles and the curry powder and cook on the tawa for 2-3 mins more, stirring from time to time.
  • Serve as a full meal.
