Ingredients

  • Soya- 1 cup
  • Grated Coconut-1/4 cup
  • Mustard-1/2 tsp
  • Urad Dal-1/2 tsp
  • Red Chillies-1
  • Green Chillies-2
  • Asafoetida-1/2 tsp
  • Curry Leaves-a few
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Salt-to-taste

How to Make Soya Sundal

  • Soak soya overnight. In the morning, pressure cook soya for 3 whistles.
  • In a pan, add oil followed by mustard,urad dal, red and green chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida.
  • Add cooked soya and salt. Finally, add grated coconut and mix well. Serve hot as a delicious evening snack.
