Ingredients

  • 100 g - spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to Make Spaghetti and Cheese Omelette

  • Break the spaghetti into small pieces and cook in boiling salted water. Drain and keep aside.
  • Beat the eggs well together and add the onion, chilli, coriander leaves, pepper and salt.
  • Mix thoroughly and add the spaghetti and cheese.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
  • Brown on both sides and serve immediately.
