A lovely combo of spaghetti, rice and chicken - all set for a lavish fiesta! Spaghetti Rice is a delectable, spicy meal made with tempting ingredients. 

A complete, tasty platter of rice, juicy chicken, healthy veggies like carrot, french beans and spring onions. Rice is boiled in the prepared chicken stock. 

The above mentioned vegetables and chicken are gently fried. To serve in the best manner: Spread rice on the plate first followed by chicken and vegetable layer and finally topped with boiled spaghetti and sprinkled with cream, tomato and green chilli sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 tea cups rice
  • 150 gms. boneless chicken
  • 100 gms. carrots
  • 100 gms. French beans
  • 1 teacup chopped spring onions
  • 1 cup boiled spaghetti
  • 2 nos. chicken soup cubes
  • 2 tbsp. cream
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. each tomato sauce and green chilli sauce
  • Oil as required

How to Make Spaghetti Rice

  • Boil chicken in water and shred it. Use the chicken stock and make upto 3 cups by adding water if necessary.
  • Add 2 soup cubes also to the stock. Cook rice in this stock. Cut vegetables into juliennes.
  • Heat oil in a wok, fry vegetables and chicken and add ground pepper and salt to taste.
  • To Serve: Spread rice on the plate, cover with chicken and vegetable layer, top with spaghetti and sprinkle tomato sauce, cream and green chilli sauce.
