Ingredients

  • 100 gms - grated coconut
  • 3/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 4 - shallots, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - thick tamarind paste
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - water

How to Make Special Chammanthi Chutney

  • Make a smooth and thick paste using all the ingredients in a mixer.
  • Sprinkle 1 tbsp of water when making chammanthi.
  • Serve it with kanji or dosa varieties.
