  • 2 tbsp - red pepper
  • 1 tbsp - jeera
  • 1 tsp - urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp - methi
  • Curry leaves
  • Tamarind - small portion

How to Make Special Milagu Kuzhambu

  • Roast all ingredients except tamarind on kadai without oil. Grind to paste.
  • Boil diluted tamarind water till the raw smell fades off.
  • Add the ground paste to it with some salt to taste.
  • Just saute some jeera and whole pepper in half spoon ghee before serving with rice.
  • Ideal for stomach disorders.
