Ingredients

  • 2 pound- whole cut up chicken
  • 2 cups-yogurt
  • 2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp- green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp- pepper powder
  • 1 tsp- garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups- chopped mint

How to Make Special Mint chicken

  • Marinate the cut up chicken in all the ingredients except mint.
  • Heat a kadai or pan and add the marinated chicken along with the marinade. Keep the flame on high for about 5 mins and then simmer and cover.
  • Allow the chicken to cook. When almost done, increase the flame and add chopped mint.
  • Cook till the mint leaves wilt and blend well with the cooked chicken.
  • Serve with hot rotis or rice.
