Ingredients

  • 2 cups - wheat flour
  • 1 - large onion
  • 4 sprigs - coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

How to Make Special Onion Paratha

  • Take wheat flour and add a little oil. Knead with water to make a soft dough.
  • Make small balls (6-8) and keep aside.
  • For filling and paratha:
  • Cut the onion very fine.
  • Add in chopped onion, chilli powder, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Make small roti with the dough balls.
  • Place the filling in it, cover and roll out gently.
  • Fry both the sides nicely with more oil.
  • Serve with pickle.
