  • 1.5 cups - wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour/besan
  • 1 cup - palak, half cooked
  • 1 tsp - cumin/jeera
  • 1/2 inch - ginger
  • 4-5 - garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Special Palak Roti

  • Grind palak, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves.
  • Mix this with jeera, wheat flour and besan and knead into a dough.
  • Make small rotis applying ghee on both the sides.
