Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 g
  • Big onion - 1 cup finely chopped
  • Tomato - 2 medium finely chopped
  • Green chilli - 5 slit
  • Capsicum - 1 small
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • coriander powder - 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Special Paneer Burji

  • Pour oil in a kadai, add chopped onions and saute till golden brown.
  • Add all powders, saute for few seconds, then add paneer, salt and scramble nicely.
  • Finally, add tomatoes, green chillies, capsicum and stir well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
