Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg - paneer
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 green chillies
  • 3 red chillies, crushed
  • 1.5 tsp - ground anardana
  • 1.5 piece ginger
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • salt to taste

How to Make Special Paneer Chilli Fry

  • Cut paneer into small pieces. Chop tomato.
  • Cut green chillies in fine long slices. Shred ginger.
  • De-seed capsicum and cut into thin semi circles.
  • Cut onion into thin slices.
  • Heat oil. Fry onions until pink.
  • Add paneer, tomato, and salt. Cook on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients, increase heat and fry for a further 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
